A real-world example

From open house to sold, on the same sign

An agent prints a QR code on the brochure for 24 Oak Street. Before the open house it links to the photo gallery. On the day, it opens the visitor sign-in page. After the sale, it points to similar homes nearby. Same brochure, three jobs.

  • A separate code for every listing
  • Updated as the listing progresses
  • Scan activity shows buyer interest

Get started

Add QR codes to your next listing

Create a code per listing

Make a dynamic code in QRCD for each property and link it to the listing page.

Brand it and print it

Add your agency colors and logo, then place it on signs, brochures and mailers.

Update as things change

Switch the destination for open houses, price changes or sold notices.

Best practices

Get more buyers scanning

Signs are seen from a distance and brochures up close. Plan for both.

  • Use a large code on yard signs, scaled to the scanning distance
  • Make the listing page fast and easy to use on a phone
  • Put a clear contact action at the top of the page
  • Use a separate code for each listing and each mailer
  • When a property sells, point to an honest sold notice or similar listings

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I reuse a sign for my next listing?

Yes. Point the same code at the new listing and reuse the sign. For cleaner reporting, many agents prefer a new code per listing.

What should a sold listing’s code show?

Something useful and honest: a sold notice, similar homes nearby or a valuation offer.

How large should a QR code be on a yard sign?

Size it for the distance people will scan from. A common rule of thumb is about 1 cm of code width for every 10 cm of scanning distance. Test it from the curb.

Can I use one code in several places?

You can, but separate codes are better when you want to compare placements. Unlimited codes mean there’s no cost to splitting them up.

What should I check before printing?

Confirm the destination works on a phone, scan the downloaded file on several devices, and test a printed proof at the real size and on the real material. Add a short written URL for anyone who can’t scan.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. QRCD lifetime access is a single payment of $69 USD. There are no renewals and no per-code fees. The applicable service terms are shown at checkout.
