A real-world example
One table card, every menu
A café prints a single QR code on its table tents and links it to the breakfast menu. At 11am the team switches the destination to lunch in QRCD. In summer, it points to the patio menu. The table tents never change.

- Link to a fast menu page rather than a large download
- Use large text and clear prices on the menu page
- Keep printed menus available for guests who prefer them
- Use a separate code for the patio, bar and takeaway to compare them

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my menu without reprinting the QR code?
Yes. That’s the point of a dynamic code. Update the destination in QRCD, or update the menu page it links to, and the printed code keeps working.
Should I link to a PDF or a web page?
A mobile-friendly web page is usually faster and easier to read. If you use a PDF, keep it small and readable on a phone.
How big should the code be on a table card?
For scanning at arm’s length, around 2.5 to 3 cm (about 1 to 1.2 in) wide is a sensible minimum. Always test a printed proof.
Can I use one code in several places?
You can, but separate codes are better when you want to compare placements. Unlimited codes mean there’s no cost to splitting them up.
What should I check before printing?
Confirm the destination works on a phone, scan the downloaded file on several devices, and test a printed proof at the real size and on the real material. Add a short written URL for anyone who can’t scan.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. QRCD lifetime access is a single payment of $69 USD. There are no renewals and no per-code fees. The applicable service terms are shown at checkout.
